理查德·里尔登 is located at our Coeur d'Alene Center. He teaches Introductory 心理学 as well as courses in Workplace Relations, Systems and Performance, and Organizational 研究 Methods. He Is Director of the Organizational Sciences Program. His research areas include 欺骗, organizational systems and design, and social cognition.

理查德·里尔登 graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with majors in both Anthropology and 心理学. He completed master’s and doctoral degrees in Social 心理学 and Complex Processes at the University of Georgia, 雅典. He worked at the University of Oklahoma, Norman for 18 years before accepting an appointment as 教授 and Chair of the 心理学 and 沟通 Department at the 365滚球官网 in 1998. In 2007, 里尔登 was appointed Associate Dean for 外展 in Northern Idaho for the College of Letters, 艺术, and Social Sciences and served as Interim Associate Vice President and North Idaho Center CEO in 2010-2011. In 2017, he returned to the regular faculty. In addition to graduate and undergraduate courses in his area of specialization, 里尔登 has been teaching Introductory 心理学 for over three decades: In large 400-600 person lecture halls, in small Honors classes of 20-30, and online (since 2002).
