365滚球官网法学院的美国原住民法律重点是基于严格的美国原住民法律课程. After completing the first year of law school, interested students may apply for the 印第安人法 Emphasis. In the second and third years of law school, the 印第安人法 Emphasis requirements may be met. Upon successful completion of the Emphasis, 法学院成绩单将表明美国本土法律重点的成就.

强调要求至少6个学分来自美国本土法律课程(美国本土法律), Native American Natural Resource Law, Tribal Nation Economics & 法), 6 credits in a topic related to 印第安人法, a research paper in the area of 印第安人法 that meets the standards of the 法学院’s Upper Division Writing Requirement; and completion of an internship, 校外实习, 无偿服务时间, 临床经验或其他涉及美国本土法律应用的经验共二十(20)小时. 强调的所有方面都需要由美洲原住民法律强调顾问预先批准每个组成部分.
